Is a Managing Partner of the firm with numerous years of experience. Prior to working at Christchurch Solicitors, he had worked as a barrister & solicitor of the Nigerian Supreme court and as a solicitor of England and Wales for over five years. He is well known in the United Kingdom as an immigration expert. He is a public speaker in many conferences held within and outside the UK where he speaks on this area of the law. As the principal partner of the firm, he carries out various duties which include managing of the practice, recruitment, training, personnel issues and overall management. This role also involves day to day supervision of members of staff, answering questions and resolving team problems. He is also committed to giving the best advice possible to Christchurch present and prospective clients. His main practice areas include Immigration & Asylum Law, and Human Rights. |

Is a Managing Partner of the firm. Before joining Christchurch Solicitors he worked as a Barrister & Solicitor of the Nigerian Supreme Court for over 5 years. He is also a fully qualified Solicitor of England and Wales. This means that he is qualified to practice in two jurisdictions. He is involved in building contacts for the firm and thus travels extensively within and outside the UK. He also holds the post of a part time lecturer at the University of Lagos, Nigeria and oversees our sister firm, RATIO LEGAL PRACTITIONERS in Lagos, Nigeria. His main practice areas include Intellectual Property, Commercial/Company Law and General Litigation. |

Is an Assistant Solicitor within the firm with a sound legal background. He qualified as a Solicitor of England & Wales in February 2007. He has also been enrolled as a Solicitor & Barrister in another jurisdiction for well over 13 years and has a Masters Degree in Industrial Relations. He has vast experience/knowledge in Employment Law, Civil Litigation and various other areas of Law including Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Law, Wills and Probate. He is involved in both contentious and non-contentious matters. |

Is a Caseworker/Fee Earner within the firm with a sound legal background. He is also qualified as a Solicitor & Barrister of the Nigerian Supreme Court for well over 5 years. He will shortly undertake the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test and will then be called a Solicitor of England & Wales. He has gained a lot of experience/knowledge in the area of Immigration Law since he joined the firm in 2004 and has no problems advising clients. He also has vast knowledge in intellectual property, company law and civil litigation. His duties are the same with the other fee earners. |

He will shortly undertake the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test and will then qualify as a Solicitor of England & Wales. He is well experienced in the areas of Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Law and Civil Litigation. He both advises clients and attends tribunal hearings on their behalf. |

She has completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) is gaining experience in various areas of Law, including Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Law, Family Law, Employment Law and Civil Litigation. She is an enthusiastic and dedicated worker, and has no problems advising clients. |

Is also a fee earner. He has considerable knowledge of immigration law and procedure. He also has vast experience representing clients at tribunal and court hearings. He is the firm's in house counsel and attends all manner of court appearances for our clients. He has worked in top law firms in the city. He has been called to the Bar and will also qualify as a full Barrister upon completion of pupillage. |
